Unboxing Video Required
Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package from the moment the sealed box is opened. This video serves as proof in case of any issue with the order.
Eligible Return & Refund Cases
We will accept claims if:
- You receive a product different from the one you ordered.
- The product is damaged when delivered due to shipping or handling during transit.
Resolution Options
After verifying the claim and reviewing the unboxing video, we will:
- Send a replacement of the correct product in good condition at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund for the product value after deducting applicable courier/shipping charges.
Important Conditions
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
